We collect your location information for the core functionality of the app:

  • Speed, direction, and altitude information

This information is necessary for you to see the locations of your family members and receive safe zone notifications.

Background Location Collection: Our app collects your location data even when the app is closed or running in the background so that your family members can be tracked in real time. This is necessary for emergency cases and timely safe-zone notifications. You can restrict or revoke "Allow background location" permission at any time from your device settings. In that case, core features such as real-time location tracking and safe-zone notifications may not work properly.

  • Device model and operating system version
  • Device ID
  • App version
  • Battery level
  • Silent mode status
  • Charging status

2.4. Phone Statistics and App Usage Duration

For Child Accounts:

  • Screen on time
  • App usage statistics (which apps, how long)
  • This information can only be viewed by parents (mother/father)

For Adult Accounts (Mother, Father, Relative, Guardian):

  • App usage duration can be shared with family members through a mutual consent system
  • No adult's app usage duration can be viewed by another member without permission
  • A clear notification is shown to the user when permission is requested
  • The user can revoke granted permission at any time

2.5. Network Information

  • WiFi network information (SSID, BSSID)
  • Mobile network operator
  • Network type (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
  • Internet connection status

2.6. Usage Data

  • In-app interactions
  • Notification preferences
  • Safe zone settings
  • Location scheduling settings

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Display family members' locations in real-time
  • Send safe zone entry/exit notifications

  • Present child phone statistics to parents (app usage history)

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We may share your information in the following situations:

4.1. Family Members

Your location information and phone statistics are shared with accepted members in the same family group. This sharing is the core functionality of the app.

4.2. Our Service Providers

Your personal data is stored in secure data centers in the European Union region and in Turkey for the purpose of providing our services.

  • Your data is encrypted and protected in accordance with the highest international data protection standards. Only you and authorized family members can access your data.
  • Your data is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes.

4.3. Legal Requirements

We may be required to share your information in case of a legal obligation, court order, or request from an authorized authority.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to ensure the security of your data:

  • Location history is retained for 7 days for Free users and 30 days for Premium users
  • When you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 7 days even if retention windows are not completed

8. Children's Privacy

Our app collects children's data for family tracking and security purposes. A child account can only be created and added to a family group by a parent (mother/father role). Parents have full control authority over all location sharing, notification, and privacy settings of child accounts. The child user cannot change these settings.

Child data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

9. Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics Technologies

In the Free version, we use Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies for ad delivery and measurement. See Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy In Premium (ad-free), third-party ads are not shown.

10. Third-Party Services

Main third-party services used in the app: Google Firebase, Google AdMob (Free version only), and Google Maps SDK for Android. Each service has its own privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page.
