  • Safe zone entry/exit records

  • Device ID
  • Application version
  • Battery level
  • Silent mode status
  • Charging status

2.4. Phone Statistics (Child Accounts Only)

For child accounts, the following information is collected for parental control purposes:

  • Screen on time
  • Application usage statistics (which applications, how long)
  • Internet/data usage (WiFi and mobile data)

This information can only be viewed by parents and is used to track the child's digital health.

2.5. Network Information

  • WiFi network information (SSID, BSSID)
  • Mobile network operator
  • Network type (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
  • Internet connection status

2.6. Usage Data

  • In-app interactions
  • Notification preferences
  • Safe zone settings
  • Location scheduling settings

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To display family members' locations in real-time
  • To send safe zone entry/exit notifications
  • To provide location scheduling features
  • To improve and develop application services
  • To resolve technical issues and provide support
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • To fulfill our legal obligations
  • Subscription management and billing operations

4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Your explicit consent
  • Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
  • Fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation
  • Data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred in the following situations:

5.1. Family Members

Your location information and phone statistics are shared with accepted members of the same family group. This sharing is the core functionality of the application.

5.2. Our Service Providers

Your personal data is stored for the purpose of providing our services:

  • In secure data centers in the European Union region
  • On our secure servers in Turkey.

Your data is encrypted and protected in accordance with the highest international data protection standards. Only you and authorized family members can access your data.

Your data is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes.

5.3. Legal Requirements

We may be required to share your information in case of a legal obligation, court order, or request from an authorized authority.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose, in accordance with the highest international data protection standards:

  • Your data is retained as long as your account is active
  • When you delete your account, all your data is immediately and permanently deleted
  • Location history shows 7 days of data in the Free Package, 30 days in the Standard Package
  • Data deletion process is completed within 7 days at the latest after your account deletion request
  • If there are legal retention obligations, data is retained for these periods

7. Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with the highest international data protection standards, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

7.1. Right to Request Information

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it if processed.

7.2. Right of Access

You have the right to learn which personal data of yours is processed.

7.3. Right to Correction

You have the right to request correction of your incorrect or incomplete data.

7.4. Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data within the framework of the conditions specified in data protection regulations.

7.5. Right to Objection

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

7.6. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to transfer your data to another service.

7.7. Exercising Your Rights

To exercise your rights, you can make a request through the "Account Settings" section in the application or by contacting our support team. Your requests will be responded to within 30 days at the latest.

8. Children's Personal Data

Our application collects children's data for family tracking and security purposes. A child account can only be created and added to a family group by a parent (mother/father role). Parents have full control authority over all location sharing, notification, and privacy settings of child accounts. The child user cannot change these settings.

Children's personal data:

  • Can only be viewed by parents
  • Used for the child's safety
  • Not shared with third parties
  • Collected with parental consent

We use industry-standard security measures to ensure the security of your personal data:

  • Your data is transmitted over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections
  • Sensitive information in the database is encrypted
