1. Is the app paid? Do I need a subscription?

No, you can start using the app immediately for free. There is no mandatory membership fee or required subscription. However, our app also includes an optional Premium Package that offers more features. The Premium Package is renewed every 6 months for 149 ₺. To use it for free: 1. Go to Google Play Store or App Store. 2. Find and download the "Family 24/7" app. 3. Sign up and start using the app for free. No credit card or any payment information is required. You can switch to the Premium package from within the app at any time.

2. How many family members can I track?

In the Free Package, your family can have up to 4 people including you. That means you can add up to 3 more people and, if you wish, you can all track each other. In the Premium Package, your family can have unlimited members and, if you wish, you can all track each other.

3. How does the Family 24/7 app work?

Family 24/7 is an app that helps family members stay connected with each other. Family members can access real-time location tracking, screen time control, and more by installing the app on their phones or tablets. Setup takes only 5 minutes!

4. Background service is stopping, what should I do?

For the background service to work: 1. Disable battery optimization for the app (required for stable operation) 2. Grant auto-start permission (required on some phone brands) 3. Don't close the app from recent apps list 4. Restart your device You can see detailed instructions from Settings > Location Permissions.

5. Notifications are not coming

For notifications to work: 1. Device notification permissions must be enabled 2. In-app notification settings must be active 3. Device should not be in silent mode 4. Internet connection must be active You can check your notification settings from Settings > Notification Permissions.

6. Why does the notification tray constantly show 'Family 24/7 Your family connection is active'?

Family members need to know that the app is visible and running. This is important for transparency and trust. Yes, for the app to work properly, this notification must always be visible. If you don't see the notification, please restart the app

7. Safe zone notifications are not coming, why?

For safe zone notifications to work: 1. Safe zone must be defined and active 2. Notification permissions must be enabled 3. Location tracking must be active 4. App must be running in background You can check your notification settings from Settings > Notification Permissions.

8. How can I delete my account?

To delete your account: 1. Go to Profile > My Account section 2. Find "Delete Account" option 3. Confirm When the account is deleted, all your data is permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

9. Can location tracking be done without internet connection?

Internet connection is required for your child's phone to send location information. However, when connection is lost, data is stored on the device and automatically synchronized when connection is restored. Also, mobile data can be used for areas without WiFi connection.

10. How many people from my family can I track?

Your family can have a maximum of 7 people including yourself. So you can add up to 6 more people to the same family and optionally track each other.

11. Is my location data secure?

Yes, your location data is secure: 1. All data is transmitted over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections 2. Sensitive information in the database is encrypted 3. Only your family members can see your locations 4. Your data is not shared with third parties You can review the Privacy Policy for detailed information.

12. The app is draining too much battery

To reduce battery consumption: 1. Reduce location update frequency (less frequency = less battery) 2. Increase location update frequency during safe zone entry times. For example, during School zone entry and exit times (for 30 min), reduce location frequency to 1-3 min intervals so you can get notifications on time. Normally, location is sent every 15 min You can adjust location update frequency from the Family page, Family Members section, by opening Family Member Profiles.

13. Why can't the app see my location?

For location tracking to work: 1. "Allow all the time" location permission must be granted 2. GPS must be enabled 3. You should constantly see this in the notification tray: "Family 24/7, Your family connection is active" 4. Don't close the "Family 24/7, Your family connection is active" persistent notification, the app will stop working. 5. Internet connection must be active You can check your permissions from Settings > Location Permissions > Family 24/7.

14. Is our data secure?

Yes, your data is protected with the highest security standards. All data is end-to-end encrypted, stored in our Data Protection Notice-compliant infrastructure, and not shared with third parties. Your security is our top priority.

15. Do all family members have to track each other within the family?

No, within the family you can disable location, location history, safe zone notifications and other statuses for anyone you want. Within the family, mutual permission control must be given for these actions. Only mother/father can manage children
