Delete your account and data

Family 24/7 — Use this page to delete your account from outside the app. Follow the steps below.

How to delete your account (web)

  1. Enter the email address and password for your Family 24/7 account.
  2. Tap "Delete my data" and confirm the warning. Your account and related data will be permanently removed.
  3. Alternatively, in the app: Profile → My Account → Delete Account.

Data retention

After deletion is processed, your data is fully removed within 7 days at the latest. This action cannot be undone.
